At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original lace-trimmed packaging and tags.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully fold the garments into their original branded bags and place them inside a secure mailing envelope or box.

Apply Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
